Ava's first football game...

Last Saturday Ava had her initiation into the Ute fan club! We have always wanted to take her to a game, but we just haven't. We decided to be brave and take her to the homecoming game and it was a huge success. She loved it!!! We didn't have to take her and let her run around once. She sat and watched the game and ate snacks. It was perfect :) Here are some cute pictures to document the event

Greatest Show on Earth

My mom bought us all tickets to the circus this weekend. We had so much fun! I was a little hesitant about it before hand.... but it was great! Ava was a real trooper- she did awesome and loved it. She was out like a light as soon as she got in her car seat, so it was perfect :)

If you ever feel bad about your job- think about these guys and know it could be worse.... You could be a elephant pooper scooper at the circus.

Ava

Ava is growing up so fast- it is so fun! Every day brings a new skill or a new word. We love spending time with her and always have the best time ever :) Here are a few cute pictures of our little Aves.

My cute friend Jamie tagged me and I am going to do it so that tomorrow morning at the gym she doesn't think I am lame for not doing it!

The last two weeks in review

School is back with a vengence! And unfortunatley I am not blogging with a vengence. Just know that all the hours I spend studying, I actually wish I was blogging, but to no avail- my notes call me back to the present! The last two weeks have been a blur for me. I have spent just about every waking moment during Ava's naps studying and haven't had time to blog. Our space bar is still broken, so can't type much or I am going to break the computer!

Went to the park with Jame, Jake, Max, and Mason. The best part about this picture being posted is Ava sitting right here saying ,"Mason, Mason, Mason...."

Our state fair is the best state fair......

..... don't miss it, don't even be late! (That one's for all you old movie lovers)

We had such a fun time last Monday at the State Fair. We saw almost all the animals, which Ava absolutely loved and watched some intense penning at the rodeo grounds. I don't think I have ever been to a rodeo, but watching that event was like one of the funnest things I have done. It was so intense and so not what I ever watch. I can't wait to watch it again! Ava loved sliding down the super yellow slide and we would have done it again- if it hadn't been $2 a person for one slide down. Luke and I haven't been back to the fair since right before we were married and we saw Rascal Flatts and Luke puked all over after going on some rides (I told him not to go...) The whole fair was suprisingly clean and free of too many scary people (we obviously didn't go to the carnival part or I am sure we would have seen some scary carnies).

Labor Day and Baby Blessing

We made a very quick trip to Kanab to see our nephew, Brady, be blessed. What a cute baby he is. Ava loves playing with her cousins Baylee and Trey so much- they are so good with her! For Labor Day, Shaye and Ashley Jackson came over and we had a yummy BBQ and then played some very intense games on the Wii. I haven't ever played our Wii really, so it was fun to play with them even if I didn't put forth a great showing!
