Another week!

This blogger app is not letting me put words to pictures do I'll just put it here... Ava lives to put every dress-up she can fit on and then we come up with silly names.... Simon has been pretty sick for a week! It's been pretty rough, but he's finally on the mend.... Ava got a Cat in the Hat game for Christmas and it is so fun!..... I can't wait to put these cute socks on Simon! .... Lesson learned as to why you don't buy expensive shoes for your 5-year old, what a disaster ! Luckily it all washed out, but it was touch- and- go :)

Last few weeks in review

Life is good at the ramsays house! We love our new baby and he is a good baby :) He spits up like it's nobody's business ( which isn't new for us- all 3 of my kids have been the worst!) sleeps great ( not fab at night though) eats real great, only cries when hungry. We love him! Ava and Sawyer are so good too, they love to help and snuggle Simon.

Definitely brothers!

New years 2011 and Simon's first week

It's been a crazy, but good, first few weeks as a family of 5! We love Simon and are having the best time ever. We haven't left the house much, except about 10 doctor visits to get Simon's bilirubin checked, but are happy to say that after 6 heel pokes and 5 days on phototherapy- we are done! Simon's doctor gave us the green light to send our bilibed back and we have loved being able to snuggle our new baby! We ventured our on New Year's eve to Tepenyaki for dinner - it's our Christmas Eve tradition to go to Benihana, but definitely didn't go this year, so we did it New Year's Eve instead. We new Simon would sleep the entire time safely cacooned in his covered car seat free from germs so we took the plunge and it was so fun and delicious!

Christmas 2011

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on lock-down at our house this year :) We are on quarantine until at least March so that Simon doesn't catch any germs! We had a wonderful holiday, made even more special by having a brand new baby in our house! The kids got so many great toys, we went overboard as usual, my family came over for presents on Christmas day and dinner- it was fun chaos! And we ended the night with a musical program- it was a great day to think about our blessings and the birth of our Savior and we have so much to be thankful for!
